BOOKINGS AND Depostis

All appointments require both a non-refundable deposit and a valid credit card on file to secure your spot. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost and confirm your appointment time exclusively for you.

Appointments must be booked through the online booking system to guarantee accuracy and availability. You’ll receive a confirmation email and reminder before your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellations and Tardiness

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Out of respect for all clients, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

Medical conditions

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures prior to your appointment. Your safety always comes first. I reserve the right to refuse or adjust a service if it’s not suitable for your current condition. When in doubt, please consult your physician before booking.

Age requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to book an appointment. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with written consent required prior to the service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and can be purchased directly through the Ozemba Beauty website or in-studio. They’re available in any amount or for specific services — the perfect gift for someone who deserves a little beauty and self-care.
