Cancellations and Tardiness

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge for services in full, and your appointment may be cut short by the amount of time you are late.

Medical conditions

Please inform us of any current medical conditions on your check-in form. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem a particular service is not safe for a client. Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns about receiving your treatment due to existing medical conditions.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or acquire parental consent before services can be provided.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and may be purchased for a specific dollar amount or a pre-selected service. Email Alexa to inquire.
